A new crazy action movie from Russia

It seems like Russian cinema has been on a roll lately when it comes to crazy action movies. While most wouldn't think of Russia as the type of place to provide jaw dropping action movies it certainly has over the past few years with films like Day Watch and Night Watch from director Timur Bekmambetov (Wanted).
The latest film to come from the booming Russian film industry is "Forbidden Reality", a film that looks like a weird hybrid of The Matrix if it was on acid.  There's always bound to be some confusion when you watch a trailer for a foreign film due to the obvious lanuage barrier but with "Forbidden Reality" it's really difficult to get a gauge of what the hell is going on since you have dudes dodging bullets, a guy tranforming into a white tiger, an otherworldly dimension, and scenes with tendril like things that look like they were ripped out of a hentai movie.
